Our concession areas this summer will feature snacks of various sorts that are gluten-free, whether for dietary reasons or personal reasons, including items with gluten-free buns and tortillas to help aid in the enjoyable experience of a guest this summer. In the case where a camper is on a strict gluten-free diet, we do ask that the guest provide our food services department with any meals that need to be prepared for the guest during a meal shift (i.e., Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our dining hall).
