All allergies must be reported on your Health & Registration form and notified to the Healing Center. The only personal food that can be brought to camp is for allergy reasons.
Specialty food requiring refrigeration should be checked-in with our Healing Center team at check-in on the first day of camp. Accommodations are made for guests with allergies or specific dietary needs by offering refrigerated storage on site, which can be accessed through the assistance of a foodservice staff member at any point during the day. We do ask that all food and snacks be properly labeled, including coolers and refrigerated bags, and that a guest provide the appropriate storage means (i.e., ice chest, cooler bag).
No guest will be permitted to any food prepping areas without the accompaniment of a foodservice staff member.
