All communication concerning refunds is conducted with the Group Contact directly and will be processed within 30 days after the confirmed event. Group reservation refunds are processed via a check in the mail made out to the church name on file with the reservation.
Individual campers who originally signed up online with a church group requesting a refund from Country Camp can do so by contacting the Reservations Department directly.
All eligible refunds must be requested within 5 business days of the completion of the event. Refunds will be processed and completed within 5 business days back to the original credit card used at the time of payment. All business matters per camp event are closed at the completion of 5 business days.
